Small, silvery minnows dart around the boy's feet. The minuscule creatures flash in between his toes, but he takes no notice of them.

The familiar name floats through the islands scattered across the bay, and his eyes focus on the girl in the blue dress.
She doesn't seem to realize that her name is being called and takes another step into the frigid water.
Her left fist clutches a turquoise stone and he smiles—what was lost has now been found.
